Coupled with the guaranteed response times, both remote and onsite support services are delivered within the agreed response time. Where a particular support call cannot be solved remotely, we attend site and deal with the problem hands on.
No Onsite Support Charges:
The Business Ultimate Pack allows you to call out engineers as many times you need them without running up a bill. Not sure if you need an engineers to visit? Just pick up the telephone and call us and if we can’t fix it remotely we arrange a visit to fix the problem there and then.
